These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of landofsundara.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Land of Sundara, a brand operated by Solai LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA (registered agent address: 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801) ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Products & Materials

Each piece is ancient-inspired jewellery, primarily crafted in brass and gold- or silver-plated brass, hand-finished by artisans. Because pieces are handmade, small variations in colour, texture, and finish between the product photo and the item you receive are normal and part of the character of the piece, not a defect. Material composition for each product is described on its product page; if you have a question about materials before ordering (for example around metal sensitivity), contact us at hello@landofsundara.com before you buy.

2. Prices & Payment

Prices are shown in the currency presented at checkout for your region and may be updated at any time; the price charged is the price displayed at the time you complete your order. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch your order by email. We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons including stock unavailability, a pricing or listing error, or suspected fraud, in which case you will be refunded in full.

4. Shipping

Shipping timeframes and rates are shown at checkout and on our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or events outside our reasonable control.

5. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Your right to cancel or return an order is set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including product names, designs, photography, and the Land of Sundara brand and "Sundara" mythology — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from your order or use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under UK and EU consumer protection law where those rights apply to your purchase.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Solai LLC's place of registration, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections you are entitled to under the law of the country in which you reside or to which we direct our sales, including the United Kingdom and European Union.
